I’m Shauna Doris, a graphic designer, illustrator, and mega craft-nerd from Sydney, Australia. I have always loved to draw and make things by hand. Pencil, paper, needle and thread are my weapons of choice, and I love when I can use all four together!
I’ve worked behind the scenes in the craft industry for many years, creating everything from packaging and branding to embroidery and fabric design. I also run Crafty like a Fox, where I design fun, modern cross stitch kits and patterns.
My work is inspired by family, nature, memory and travel. Everything begins with my scribbles and sketches. I love creating cute little characters and colourful whimsical worlds for them to inhabit. I hope you will find a world of delightful little details to discover in my fabrics too!
